Social Spin

Get more active and join us for an outdoor Social Spin class at beautiful Phoenix Park!

Social Spin is a low cost, low impact and social women's only spin style class on real bikes! The program is all about learning new skills and having fun.

Classes will run on Mondays and Wednesdays between 13 February and 27 March 2017.

Only 10 bikes are available so bookings are essential. To register please hit the 'Register' button on the Social Spin website.

Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes.  

Please also arrive 5 minutes early and remember to bring along a water bottle and towel!. All other equipment is provided.

Skills Training

Free, 5 hour practical program!

This course is ideal for those keen to develop bike control and traffic riding skills. The course promotes safe and responsible bike riding.  This initial session takes place on local paths and is followed by a group ride on local roads.

When:  Saturday 4 March, 9.30am-2.30pm
Where: TH King Pavilion, 1650 High Street, Glen Iris

Light lunch provided.

Bike Maintenance Workshop

Free, 2 hour workshop!

This workshop will cover:

- Wheel Removal
- Chain Oiling
- Puncture Repair
- Tube Replacement
- Seat height set-up

This is an interactive session that invites questions and discussion.
