As the countdown to Christmas edges ever closer, Stonnington will come alive with lights, music and free events.

Bring a picnic and join musical theatre legend, Lucy Durack (Wicked) for an unforgettable evening as she hosts Christmas at Central Park, Saturday 10 December. Enjoy free kids activities and unique performances until 7pm, including The Mik Mak’s Christmas Show, Dancing Queen Parties and CircaNICA’s Giant Stilt Elves.

Carols follow at 7.30pm for those that can stay up a little later featuring Thalia Smith (We Will Rock You), Josh Piterman (Cats), and Helpmann Award Winner Casey Bennetto, with Musical Direction from John Thorn.

Add your voice and celebrate under the stars with Rhonda Burchmore and some of Australia’s best loved musical theatre stars for the very special Carols at Como Park, Sunday 18 December. Featuring including Bobby Fox (Jersey Boys), Amy Lehpamer (Sound of Music), and Verity Hunt Ballard (Mary Poppins). Musical Direction, John Thorn.

There will also be a spectacular fireworks display.

Both Christmas at Central Park and Carols at Como will feature the Stonnington Brass Band and the South of the River Choir.
