How do I pay online?

The City of Stonnington's eServices allows you to perform selected Council transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

You can use eServices as a Guest User or Registered User to process payments. 

Guest User
As a Guest User you can pay your bills online including rates, animal registration renewals, infringements (non-parking), debtor accounts and footpath trading invoices/renewals. No login or password is required.

Registered User
As a Registered User you can lodge applications for Land Information Certificates and Building CertificatesTo apply for a Land Information Certificate or Building Certificate through eServices, you will need a valid email address and Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Click here to become a Registered User.

You can also make payment so Council using the following services:

  • Australia Post: Postbillpay
  • Commonwealth Bank - BPOINT*

*Please note, if you are using Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) BPoint to make a payment to Council there are planned updates to security standards.
