eServices Frequently Asked Questions

What bills can I pay?

You can pay your rates, animal registration renewal, non-parking infringement, debtor account and footpath trading code invoice/renewal through eServices.

To pay a parking infringement, visit the Stonnington Parking Alliance for payment options.

What certificates and permits can I apply for?

The certificates available through eServices are the Land Information Certificate and Building Certificates (including Building Property Information, Inspection Detail and Flooding Information Certificates).  You must be a registered user to apply for a certificate. You will also need a valid email address and Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer.

Other certificates and permits will be available in the future.

How will I receive the certificate?

The certificates will be emailed to your nominated email address in Adobe Acrobat format.

What credit cards can I use?

You can use Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club to pay online with eServices.

Can I update my contact details through eServices?

If you are a registered user, you can update your telephone numbers and email address. User registration is only open to business users with a valid ABN. If you would like to become a registered user, proceed to the Terms and Conditions page. If you are not a registered user, visit the Contact Council page for options to contact us directly.

Can I update my postal address through eServices?

No, for legal reasons a change of postal address cannot be done through eServices. If you need to update your postal address visit the Rates and Property Valuations page for options to change your postal address.

Can I register my animal with eServices?

No.  You can renew your annual registration through eServices but the initial registration cannot. Visit the Animals Registration page for further information about animal registration.
