Footpath Trading Payments

Footpath Trading Invoices/Renewals include permits for:

  • Advertising Boards
  • Dining Areas
  • Goods
  • Nightclub Queues
  • Real Estate Pointer Boards
  • Busking Permits

Footpath Trading Permit Invoices are due within 14 days of approval of permit. Invoices will be sent in the mail.

Renewal payments are due by 1 October each year.

The City of Stonnington offers two options for Footpath Trading Payments to be paid.
1. In person by cash, cheque or credit card at one of the Council's Service Centres
2. Online by credit card using eServices via the link below

This payment option is for anyone wishing to pay their Footpath Trading Permit Invoice/Renewal directly to the City of Stonnington using a credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Diners). Payments can be made using the Permit Number on your notice. If paying for multiple invoices/renewals, this service offers an easy to use add-on option.

Important Information:

  • If there has been a change of ownership then a new application form must be completed by the new owners. Permits are not directly transferable and any permit/s in the previous applicants name will be cancelled. Please do not make payment on a renewal if the applicant or business details are not current.
