Conditions of Sale

Chapel Off Chapel does not hold or allocate tickets, until payment has been received. Tickets purchased over the phone, or via mail, will be held at the Box Office for collection. These tickets can also be emailed to you as a printable PDF. Please inform us if you'd like receive a PDF version when making a phone booking, or posting an Australia Post Mail Order or Bank Cheque for tickets.

Purchasing Methods

In Person

Tickets can be purchased during the Chapel Off Chapel Box Office hours (10am - 5pm, seven days a week) using cash, VISA or MasterCard, Money Order and Bank Cheques. Please make Australia Post Money Orders and Bank Cheques payable to Chapel Off Chapel - City Of Stonnington. These bookings incur a $2.50 transaction fee.

Mail

Tickets can be purchased by mail using an Australia Post Money Order or Bank Cheque made out to Chapel Off Chapel - City Of Stonnington. Include the name of the performance, quantity of tickets required, whether tickets are Full Price or Concession tickets and contact details. Once payment has been received, a staff member will call you to confirm your booking. Tickets cannot be allocated until payment is received. These bookings incur a $2.50 transaction fee. Please include this $2.50 in your total amount.

Online

Online purchases using VISA or Mastercard are available from the Chapel Off Chapel website. Please select the performance you wish to attend, and follow the prompts. These bookings incur a $2 transaction fee.

Online sales offer two options for ticket collection:

  • Print-at-home tickets - Tickets are emailed as a PDF attachment. The recipient must print the tickets and present them at the door for scanning to gain entry to the performance. 
  • Box Office Collection - Tickets will be held at the Chapel Off Chapel Box Office for collection prior to the performance.

Concessions

Chapel Off Chapel accepts the following concessions cards.

  • Full-time Students;
  • Health Care Card Holders;
  • Pension Card Holders;
  • Seniors Card Holders; and
  • MEAA members (Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance).

Patrons with the above-mentioned valid concession cards are entitled to a discount where available. Proof of eligibility is required when collecting tickets.

Companion Card:
Chapel Off Chapel accepts the Companion Card. The Companion Card was developed by the Victorian Network on Recreation and Disability (VICNORD) and admits carers to shows as complimentary guests. Bookings with Companion Card must be made over the phone. Please notify the Box Office when you book your tickets that you have a Companion Card.

Refund Policy

There is no refund or exchange on tickets sold except as provided for under the AEIA Industry Code of Fair Practice.
