Annual reports of Council 1909-1954

Prior to amalgamation in June 1994, the City of Stonnington was comprised of the former cities of Prahran and Malvern. The boundary between these two municipalities was the centre of Kooyong Road, with the City of Prahran to the west, and the City of Malvern to the east.
