Harold Holt Swim Centre offers more than just swimming. We also have a fantastic range of fitness classes including Aerobics, Aqua-aerobics, Body Bar, Circuit, Pilate's, Les Mills classes, Spin, Yoga and Zumba.

Bodypump and Bodystep classes have been added to our already exciting Fitness class timetable!

Bodystep is the no-nonsense, fat loss and body toning workout which allows you to choose how hard you want to work by the number of platforms you add to your step. Enjoy the 45 minute, 600 calorie burning workout with our experienced Les Mills instructor!

Bodypump is the original barbell class designed to strengthen your entire body and increase your endurance in the major muscle groups and, in the process, improve your general fitness!

 

 Participants please note:

-Before participating in a fitness class please see your medical practitioner for a health assessment.
-Participants must inform the instructor of any pre-existing injury.
-Due to changes in demand, the fitness class timetable is subject to change. In these cases we use our red flag system*
-Class availability changes on public holidays due to shortened opening hours. Please check reception for updates.

*Red Flag System: Classes with low participation may be highlighted with a 'red flag' symbol. This means the class requires higher participation to stay on the timetable. If numbers stay low for a period of 4 weeks or longer, it may be changed to a class that may attract higher participation. Please speak to the Programs Team Leader for more information.
