The Health Club is conveniently fitted with the latest state of the art gym equipment available, ranging from:

  • cable equipment designed to isolate any muscle group
  • machine weights designed to assist in defining those specific body muscle groups
  • fitness equipment boasting the latest technology in tailored fitness workouts with the added bonus of ipod connectivity.

The Health Club is fully air conditioned which means you can keep cool while working on your cardiovascular fitness on one of the many pieces of latest fitness equipment the Health Club has to offer. If free weights are more preferable then the Health Club's free weight's section provides an excellent set up with plenty of free space and equipment.

What are the benefits of personal training?

Having a personal trainer is the ideal way to improve your health and fitness and achieve your goals. It is the ultimate in personalised service - each  session is tailored to your individual, changing requirements and preferences, along with guidance, motivation and support from your trainer.

Your goals are what your trainer will have in mind at each workout, and they will use a variety of exercises, equipment and techniques to help you achieve them.

You may also choose to have more regular ongoing and detailed 'Health Update' consultations (free) with your trainer - every 3 - 4 weeks if desired.

You can select a personal trainer by having a chat to them or reading their poster which is located on the wall as you walk up the stairs- this will have details  about their experience, training style and specialist skills.
