Water Management

The City of Stonnington is a proud leader in sustainable water management and continues to take a leading role in environmental sustainability.

Council has adopted and is implementing a Sustainable Water Management Strategy that commits Council to reducing its water consumption by 50% by 2010/11. The Water Strategy provides Council with the strategic framework for the implementation of water reduction initiatives and water saving solutions for Council and the community.
