Victorian Flood Relief Disaster Fund 2011

Many Victorians have had homes and household contents damaged or destroyed by the floods this year. The Damage to House and Contents gift contributes to the repairs of flood-damaged homes and replacement of household contents.

The gift is structured in two stages:

1. Stage 1 is an initial payment of $1,000 to assist with immediate costs facing households with significant damage to their flood-affected home.
2. Stage 2 is a further payment as a contribution to assist with replacement of household contents and towards the repair and restoration of homes which have been more severely damaged.
