The City of Stonnington’s Aged Services provides a comprehensive range of home and community based services and activities to assist eligible older people and people with a disability to remain active and living within their homes and in the community. This includes providing support to their carers and families.
Aged Services is committed to the provision of services in a fair, equitable and inclusive manner to all eligible residents within the municipality. In doing so we recognise and acknowledge the diverse Stonnington community and the range of needs and characteristics within our community, including (but not limited to) cultural diversity, sexual and gender diversity, age, health, socio-economic status, faith and spirituality, and those of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island background, and thereby considers these aspects in relation to service provision and planning.
