Social Support

Social_Support2-relatedThe Social Support Program provides an exciting range of social opportunities for Stonnington residents 55 years and over and people with a disability, as well as their carers.

A monthly newsletter and events calendar highlights the range of activities available through the Social Support Program. Including indoor and healthy living programs, holidays, coach day trips, art and cultural opportunities, and other outings.

The Social Support Program also hosts special events such as the Stonnington Seniors Festival, performances, afternoon dances and annual celebrations.

Centre based activities provided by the Social Support Program are available at the Chris Gahan Centre, 50 Grattan Street Prahran, where a range of activities are held Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week.
