What is 'domestic building work'?

Sub-section 201 (1A) of the Building Act requires a levy of .032 cents per dollar of domestic building work. Domestic building work is defined by the Building Act as having the same meaning as the Domestic Building Contracts Act.

# 'Home' is a defined term but can generally be simplified to mean an applicable Class 1, 2 or 4 building.
