Climate Zone

For the benefit of designers and building surveyors, the ABCB's BCA Climate Zone Map designates the region in which the municipal district of Stonnington is located as climate zone 6.

Under verification method JV1 of the BCA, the average energy rating of all sole-occupancy units in a Class 2 building is to be not less than 4 stars using the thermal calculation method.
