Young Mums Group

Stonnington Youth and Adventure Playground Services, together with Connections Uniting Care, offer the Young Mums Group. This group provides an opportunity for young women aged 25 and under and their children to participate in leisure opportunities, develop social networks and improve parenting skills, and create pathways to independence outside of the group.  The group is for young women who live, work, study, or have links with the City of Stonnington, and provides participants the opportunity to meet other young mums in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

The Young Mums Group is free of charge and is held on Friday afternoons from 2- 3:30pm at TRY Kinder, 259 Malvern Rd, South Yarra. The group runs for eaight weeks each term, and in 2012 will run:

Term 1 - starts Friday 10 February
Term 2 - starts Friday 27 April
Term 3 - starts Friday 27 July
Term 4 - starts Friday 19 October
