Pets in the Park

The City of Stonnington proudly presents Pets in the Park at Central Park - an annual free family fun day out in the park with pets, demonstrations, entertainment and children's activities.

Highlights of the 2009 Pets in the Park included the Jack Russell Terrier Racing competition, Russian Breeds Match on the Breeds Match Arena, and the Leader Newspaper Fetching Competition. The Music Stage had a range of entertainers including Polyglot Puppet Theatre, Zebra Crossing and Dancing Queens. For the children there was also face painting, Paint Pot painting, Snakebusters, Giant Slide and an Animal farm. There was also Microchipping for pets available on the day at a reduced price, and lots of information and resources for caring for your pets.

It was another fabulous fun day out for pets, family and friends this year. Look forward to seeing you all next year ion Saturday 27 March 2010.
