Miles Franklin Award Winners
The Miles Franklin Award was created under the terms of the will of the Australian author Stella Maria Sarah Miles Franklin, who died in September 1954. It is awarded annually, for an Australian-authored novel or play, presenting aspects of Australian life and published during the preceding year.
