You can jon the library online or in person at any library branch.

To join the library you need to provide identification displaying

  • Name
  • A current Victorian address
  • Signature
  • Those under 18 years of age require the signature of a parent or guardian and proof of address for the guardian must also be provided.

When you come in to pick up your card or join in person, please bring the above mentioned identification with you.
