Fee Increase - effective 18 August 2009
The Planning & Environment (Fees) Regulations 2000 have been amended with effect from 18 August 2009 to increase the prescribed fees. The fees have been indexed in accordance with the annual rate set by the Treasurer for 2009/10 under Section 8(1)(a) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
