Stallholder applications are now being accepted for the City of Stonnington's next major event Spring into Gardening in 2009 - please see form below

Spring Into Garden is at Prahran's beautiful Victoria Gardens. We are planning a fantastic day of celebrations, which aims to inform, educate and inspire our community of avid garden lovers.

Along with a variety of gardening displays and tips, the event will have a strong focus on sustainability and water conservation. All stallholders will be required to take current water restrictions into consideration when preparing stall displays. In addition, stallholders are also encouraged to use recycled materials and products in their displays. Further information about water restrictions, energy efficiency and other requirements of stallholders will be available closer to the event date.

Standard sites will consist of a 3mx3m marquee plus signage, chairs and trestle tables.
A limited number of powered sites will be available.
This comes at no cost to community groups and Stonnington-based garden-related businesses.
If you require a site larger than 3mx3m, a limited number of 6mx3m sites are available and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

With an attendance of approximately 5,000 per year, Spring into Gardening presents a rare opportunity for your business to reach a local target group of gardening enthusiasts and the Stonnington community.

To apply for a stall, please complete and return the application form no later than Thursday 10 September 2009. Applications can be submitted by post, fax or email using the details listed on the registration form.
Please ensure you include a Public Liability Insurance certificate of currency.

If power is required, please list all electrical equipment you plan to use at your stall. All electrical equipment must be tested and tagged prior to entering the event site.
All stalls are supplied with one trestle table, two chairs and signage. If you require additional equipment, please indicate below. Supply of additional equipment is subject to availability.
* Please read and accept the Conditions of Entry 1) The City of Stonnington reserves the right to refuse entry to any applicant 2) The stallholder agrees to use the marquees and power supply provided by the event organisers (unless approved self contained van is used) 3) The stallholder must present a certificate of currency for public liability insurance coverage (minimum $10 Million) with this application form or at the request of the event coordinator 4) The stallholder agrees to use environmentally sustainable products and energy efficient equipment at the event wherever possible. For further advice, contact us. 5) The stallholder agrees that any photos taken on the day of the event by the official event photographer may be used for promotional purposes by the event organisers 6) Stalls must be operational for the duration of the event (11am – 4pm) 7) Stallholders agree to abide by any instructions issued by City of Stonnington Event Staff.
