Non Parking Infringements
Non parking infringements include Local Law (including Building Local Law), Animal, Planning and Litter infringements. The City of Stonnington offers two options for non parking infringements to be paid.
- In person by cash, cheque or credit card at one of Council's Service Centres - visit the Contact Council for Service Centre locations
- Online by credit card using eServices via the link below
* Please note that Infringements paid after the initial due date will incur a late payment fee.

This payment option is for anyone wishing to pay their non parking infringement directly to the City of Stonnington using a credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Diners). Payments can be made using the Infringement Number on your infringement notice. If paying for multiple infringements, this service offers an easy to use add-on option.
