Aged and Diversity provides a range of community services to assist residents living within the City of Stonnington including:
- Intake, Information and Assessment
- ADASS - Adult Day Support Service
- In Home Support Services - Home Care, Personal Care, Respite Care
- Social Support Service
- Home Maintenance Service
- Community Transport Service
- Food Services - Delivered and Centre Based Meals
- Multicultural Services
Aged Services
A comprehensive range of home and community based services is provided by the Aged and Diversity Department for aged and disabled people, and their carers living within the City of Stonnington. These services aim to assist eligible residents to remain living at home and within the community, and importantly aim to maintain their wellbeing, social connectedness, independence and dignity.

Diversity - Multicultural Services
The City of Stonnington provides a range of services to meet the needs of the culturally and linguistically diverse community. Visit the Multicultural Services page to view the range of services and programs available.
A Multilingual Telephone Interpreting Service
The City of Stonnington is committed to providing excellent customer service for all residents. Residents can speak to the Aged and Diversity Department via an interpreter in a number of languages through Stonnington Community Link. This is a free service. Please contact 8290 3224 Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm and request an interpreter.
