General Local Law 2008 (No 1)
At its meeting held on 21 July 2008 Council resolved to adopt a new local law, the General Local Law 2008 (No 1) pursuant to section 119 (3) of the Local Government Act 1989. This Local Law came into effect on Thursday 24 July 2008 following publication in the Government Gazette.
