Our 5 Minute Rule

Due to health and safety risks associated with exercising without sufficient warm-up, participants are not permitted to enter a Fitness Class more than 5 minutes after the class has commenced.  This also minimises class disruption for other participants.

Please note:

* The Fitness Timetable is subject to change at short notice - please see signage in the Centre for details.

* Participants must be at least 14 years of age to participate in a fitness class

* For your own comfort, please bring along a towel and drink bottle.

* 5 Minute Rule applies to all dry classes.

Aerobics

B = Suitable for Beginners     I = Intermediate     A = Advanced

*Double Headers: Two separate classes at 7am and 8am, or if you're feeling fit you can do both!

Aquatic Fitness 

Hatha Yoga 

Pilates

The complete body & mind conditioning system. Involves core stabilisation postures and breathing techniques. Tones, trims & strengthens. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. B/I/A
