The Centre redevelopment project has commenced and the new hydrotherapy pool is currently under construction. Some hydrotherapy classes are currently being conducted in the indoor 25m pool. Please call reception on 8290 1678 for information on areas currently open and classes programmed.
Hydrotherapy is a proven method of providing relief for a range physical conditions. The Hydrotherapy and Physiotherapy sessions are currently being held in our heated indoor 25m pool, with a temperature of 31c. Our qualified Physiotherapists and Volunteers conduct all classes and client assessments, and can tailor a program to suit your individual needs. Please note that during the Summer months, the hydrotherapy classes may be cancelled on days of extreme heat (see below.) This is for the safety of participants.

Overview
Light exercise in the warm, soothing water of the hydro pool treats many problems. These include:
