Welcome to the City of Stonnington's eServices

The City of Stonnington's eServices allows you to perform selected Council transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the internet.

You can use eServices as a Guest User or Registered User.

Guest User

As a Guest User you can pay your bills online including rates, animal registration renewals, infringements (non-parking), debtor accounts and footpath trading invoices/renewals. No login or password is required.

Other bills will be payable via eServices in the future.

Registered User

As a Registered User you can lodge applications for Land Information Certificates and Building Certificates. To become a Registered User, you must apply for a login and password via our Terms and Conditions and select the User Registration Form at the end of the page. User Registration is only open to business users with a valid ABN.

To apply for a Land Information Certificate or Building Certificate through eServices, you will need a valid email address and Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
