Community Grants
The City of Stonnington provides community grants to Stonnington based groups, reliant mainly on volunteers, to encourage initiatives and services that enhance the quality of life and wellbeing of our community. Applications open on Friday 9 March 2012 and close on Monday 2 April 2012.
Applications are invited from community groups for the following categories:
- Community Support Initiatives – Once off grant for new programs and projects which benefit high needs groups in Stonnington
- General Program – Financial assistance towards programs and services.
- Capital Program – Financial assistance towards capital projects up to $3,000
- Use of Council Facilities – In-kind and subsidised use of Council's services and facilities, such as Council halls/meeting rooms and use of Council buses
