  • Clearway Submission

    This submission seeks to highlight the flaws in the proposal to extend clearway hours to between 0630-1000hrs and between 1500-1900hrs in the afternoon as a means of improving on-road public transport performance and relieving traffic congestion.

  • Toorak Park and Victory Square Concept Plan

    On 22 June 2009, Council adopted a Concept Masterplan for Toorak Park and Victory Square. The Concept Masterplan was prepared to provide direction and set priorities for the future development and upgrade of the two parks.

  • Como Park North and Thomas Oval Masterplan
