COVID-19 restrictions and business requirements

Ensure your business operates safely by keeping up to date with current COVID-19 directives and advice.

Proof of vaccination

As COVID-19 restrictions are easing in Victoria, we can enjoy reconnecting with friends and family. To enjoy the ease of restrictions, showing proof of receiving a double dose of a COVID-19 vaccine (or medical exemption) is required for some businesses.

Visit the Department of Health and Human Services for more information on how to obtain your proof of vaccination

COVID-19 Safe Plan

All Victorian businesses with onsite operations must have an up to date COVID safe plan. Visit the Department of Health and Human Services for more information on how to prepare a COVID Safe Plan, and helpful resources for your workplace including signs, posters and templates.

Current restrictions and advice

Find information on current restrictions and how these impact your business by visiting the Victorian Government's COVID-19 information hub.

You can also call the Business Victoria hotline on 13 22 15 for restriction updates and advice to help your workplace plan and respond to COVID-19.

Using QR codes

If you have a customer-facing business that requires check-in, you must use the free Victorian Government QR Code Service. Learn more about checking in with QR Codes.

We can help if you need assistance transitioning to the new QR code service. Email our Environmental Health team at health@stonnington.vic.gov.au
