Changes to services

Our facilities and services are re-opening as the Victorian Government’s COVID-19 restrictions are relaxed, but some things have changed in the way we offer them.

Face masks are a condition of entry for people aged 12 and over for all our community and public-facing buildings, services. This includes aquatic centres, libraries, customer service and maternal and child health centres. If you have a lawful reason as listed on the DHHS website for not wearing a mask, please contact that service or our call centre before visiting so we can arrange a way for you to do so that is safe for you, other community members and our staff.

To find out how current restrictions may affect you, browse the A-Z of services, facilities and programs below.

Please note: The City of Stonnington service centre at 311 Glenferrie Road, Malvern is OPEN. The customer service centres based at Prahran Town Hall and the depot are CLOSED.
