Early Learning Centre Biodiversity Package Expression of Interest
In this ELC biodiversity package, an educational facilitator from the Port Phillip EcoCentre will provide three tailored sessions for centres:
- One PD for all centre educators focused on understanding native plants, habitat gardening, and tips to guide children to create and care for a planting.
- Two incursions for children to learn about the role of native plants and plant their habitat garden.
Council subsidises the cost of this program for ELCs. ELCs are expected to contribute $250 to reflect their commitment to the program.
To apply to complete the ELC biodiversity package at your centre in Term 2 or Term 3 in 2023, please complete the EOI form below.
