Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, Council has opted to extend the advertising period from 14 to 28 days. This will ensure that anyone undertaking self-isolation will not be disadvantaged as a result of timing. Please note, signs will only be required to be displayed for 14 days in accordance with the requirements of the Act, but the date on the signage and mailed notices will reflect 28 days.
Additionally, please note that for the foreseeable future, Planning Notices R Us will be erecting and removing all public notices for Council. You are not required to collect any notices from Council or provide a Statutory Declaration upon completion, as this will be done on your behalf.
As such, a fee of $170.50 will be included in the advertising fee paid for any applications requiring a sign, plus $33 per sign for any additional signs.

Helpful hint: Type the application number in the search box on the home screen to find the required application, then use the “Action” button and select "View" then scroll down to see the Advertised Material.
