Parks and Playgrounds

The play equipment at park and reserves is closed to help stop the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Do not use it and help keep our community safe.

Ensure you are following social distancing advice. Keeping a 1.5m buffer between yourself and others will help stop the spread of Coronavirus.

The City of Stonnington is renowned for its vibrant and beautiful open spaces, where communities can come together to relax and unwind from the day-to-day pressures of modern life.

Whether it’s bike-riding down a tree-lined corridor, taking the family to a local pocket park, or kicking off weekend footy at the oval, connection to nature is so important for the health and wellbeing of our community.

As part of Council’s commitment to protect, improve, and expand our green public spaces, we continue to take full advantage of opportunities to transform idle car parks, redundant commercial buildings, and even sections of road, by planting trees and vegetation that everyone can enjoy.
