Physical activity classes

We offer a range of free physical activity classes to help promote health and wellbeing. The term 2 and 3 program includes Yoga and sessions for Mums and Bubs. So go on, be active!

Term 2 classes will run from 23 April to 28 June 2019 
Term 3 classes will run from 15 July to 20 September 2019



Classes encourage you to return to your body and focus your mind. Each class includes asanas to increase flexibility and strength with an emphasis on breathing and relaxation.

Mums and Bubs Fitness

A class for mums to help regain fitness after childbirth, combining cardio, strength and core work. This class will improve general fitness, burn fat, tone muscle and enhance flexibility. Babies and pre-school children are welcome.
