Presented by Maggie Flanagan. Maggie is a counsellor, and a wellness, fitness and nutrition coach. She has been conducting community health education courses for more than 20 years.

This event will be presented via Zoom. To join you will need an internet-enabled computer, tablet or smartphone. The Zoom meeting ID will be sent to the email address you registered with one hour before the start of the session.

How to use Zoom

On your computer

1. Click on the link in the event confirmation email you received after registering and you will be prompted to download and install Zoom.
2. Enter Meeting ID or link, and the Password in your event confirmation email.

On your tablet or smartphone
1. Download the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app from your Apple App Store or Google Play Store prior to the workshop.
2. Enter Meeting ID or link, and the Password in the event confirmation email sent to you after registering.
