How do you make sense of the world when everything feels like it's changing?

In Karys McEwen's debut novel All the Little Tricky Things, 12-year-old Bertie sets about completing a list of things to do in her hometown the summer before starting high school in a new city. What follows is a heartfelt story about growing up that will resonate with young people.

In this writing workshop for budding tween writers, Karys McEwen leads a discussion and activities on how to be brave in the face of big changes.
