Literary Festival
[untitled]: our writers, readers and stories
18 – 20 November 2022
This year marks our 11th annual literary festival: [untitled]: our writers, readers and stories. Save the date to hear from a rich selection of writers, artists and thinkers as they gather to discuss books, authors, writing and ideas. We’ll have more information about the festival soon.
Why is our festival called [untitled]? The word ‘untitled’ in square brackets is a cataloguing convention and signifies a work without a title. We named our festival [untitled] to (subtly) reference this cataloguing convention and we offer a blank space for audiences to come up with their own interpretation of the stories they experience during the festival.
Planning for this year’s festival is underway and we can promise another line-up of inspiring and thought-provoking events. Some of the writers who have been part of the festival include Helen Garner, Sarah Wilson, Rick Morton, John Safran, Graeme Simsion, Alice Pung, Bri Lee, Carly Findlay, George Megalogenis, Kon Karapanagiotis and Heather Morris.
