Aged Care

We provide a range of services in the home and within the community for:

  • frail, older people
  • people with a disability
  • carers.

Our aim is to help you remain living independently in your home and active in the community.

Stonnington Aged Services is committed to the provision of services in a fair, equitable and inclusive manner to all eligible residents within the municipality.  In doing so we recognise and acknowledge the diverse Stonnington community and the range of needs and characteristics within our community, including (but not limited to) cultural diversity, sexual orientation and gender identity, age, health, socio-economic status, faith and spirituality, and those of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background, and thereby considers these aspects in relation to service provision and planning.

We are accredited under the Rainbow Tick standards for inclusive services to residents who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI).

Rainbow Tick - QIP Accredited

The services we provide are jointly funded by the City of Stonnington and the Commonwealth and Victorian governments under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Home and Community Care (HACC) Program.
