Our Pound provides care for lost and found animals, helping to reconnect pets with their owners.

The Pound is operated by the Save-A-Dog Scheme (SADS), a community-based not-for-profit animal welfare organisation. SADS operates an animal shelter aimed at rehousing pets into caring homes.

The City of Stonnington Pound is located at 36 Weir Street, Glen Iris.

For the easiest access, approach the Pound from Tooronga Road and turn into Carroll Street, then turn left into Weir Street and at the T-intersection, turn left. Follow the road underneath the overpass which will lead you to the Pound.
