Many people have used the lock-down as a chance to focus on their physical wellbeing.

Keeping active supports our immune system, helps manage stress and anxiety and increases energy levels.

But it can be difficult to get motivated at home, so here are couple of resources to get you started:

  • Active Stonnington's Workout At Home features our fitness team from Harold Holt Swim Centre taking you through a range of do-at-home workouts and exercise tips.
  • Sport Australia’s Find Your 30 will help you commit to being active for 30 minutes a day
