The City of Stonnington is incredibly thankful to Star Health for their efforts in keeping our community safe at their COVID-19 vaccination hub at Prahran Town Hall, and congratulates the Star Health team on recently providing their 25,000th vaccine.

The Prahran Town Hall vaccination hub is open from 9am-4.30pm Monday to Friday with AstraZeneca and a limited supply of Pfizer available. You can book via their website.

For information about other vaccination sites or options, visit the Victorian Government's vaccination online hub.

City of Stonnington Mayor, Cr Kate Hely, said:

"The Prahran Town Hall has over 130 years of history of being a community meeting place and resource.

"It has been home to a courthouse and lockup, police station, post office and, more recently, the Prahran Library. Our beautiful building was pivoting before it was trendy.

"Today, the City of Stonnington and Star Health have worked together to establish the town hall as one of Melbourne’s COVID-19 immunisation hubs. Taking the building back to a role it performed in 1919 during the Spanish Flu pandemic.

"We’re so grateful for our frontline health workers, in particular the team from Star Health who are working to make sure people have access to vaccinations.

"There’s no better place to get vaccinated than right here in the Prahran Town Hall on Chapel Street. I promise you we’ve got the best post vaccination coffee shops for recovery in Melbourne."
