Meet your Councillor sessions - July and August
Published on 03 June 2021
Please note: These sessions were planned with the COVID-19 restrictions in place prior to Melbourne's case in May and June, it may need to be adapted in line with the evolving situation.
Our Meet Your Councillors drop-in information sessions are a chance for people to discuss issues, ask questions and suggest ideas with their local councillors and council officers.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions capping attendance indoors and feedback from previous ‘town hall style’ ward meetings, we’re doing things differently this year.
Drop-in sessions for each ward will be split into two one hour sittings, with numbers capped at 50 for each session and the room split into tables so people can have conversations directly with their councillors and council officers.
A drop-in session for each ward will take place in Malvern Town Hall with measures in place to ensure compliance with Victorian COVID-19 restrictions. Splitting these evenings into two one hour drop-in sessions will help make sure everyone who wants to attend has the opportunity to ask questions or share ideas.
Book to attend a session for your ward below, please only make a booking if you plan on attending otherwise someone else may miss out. If a session is booked out a waiting list will be created in case people make cancellations.
When booking you will also have the opportunity to lodge questions so that we ensure we have an answer ready for you.
