  • For issues with non-native species such as foxes, rabbits, deer or livestock refer to the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning website or call at 13 61 86
  • Removal of ducks: wait a few days as the ducks are likely to leave on their own accord. If you have reported the matter to the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning a wildlife duty officer will investigate after a few days. 
  • For issues relating to sick, injured or orphaned native Australian wildlife refer to the Wildlife Victoria website or call at 8400 7300.
  • Help for Wildlife is an incorporated, non-profit organisation operating a 24-hour emergency and rescue service hotline at 0417 380 687.
  • Issues with animals such as possums living in roof spaces or wall cavities should be referred to a professional commercial service.
