. We will send the copy of your rates notice to your postal address, or you can select to have the notice sent to your email address. To have your notice sent to your email, please write your email address in the description.

Graffiti and Vandalism
City of Stonnington provides a free call graffiti hotline on 1800 067 072. The purpose of the graffiti hotline is to report graffiti, not catch offenders. Victoria Police should be contacted to report vandalism in progress.

The first step could be to approach your neighbour with your concerns and try and work together to resolve the problem. They may not be aware they are causing unreasonable noise.

Find an off-lead park.
Report feeding of stray animals and birds.
Report found animal. If you have found an animal, and it is contained, please contact Council on 8290 1333.
Report an attack or or serious incident. Vicious dog attacks are urgent situations which may have caused physical harm to a person or animal. In these cases, please call Council on 8290 1333.
Report bees and wasps. If the swarm has the potential to cause serious harm please contact 8290 1333.
Report feeding of stray animals and birds.

Rubbish, Street Cleaning and Hard Waste
Report dumped rubbish or hard waste.
Request additional street cleaning.
Christmas tree, bagged leaves and missed hard waste collection are seasonal services only.
Trees, Parks and Gardens
Request repairs of park furniture, barbeques and equipment in our parks and gardens. If you believe the equipment is hazardous and dangerous please contact Council on 8290 1333.
Report tree issues. Requests can include fallen (tree/s or branches), assessment, pruning, root problems, stump, removal and dead trees. If you believe the tree is hazardous and dangerous please contact Council on 8290 1333.
Apply for a Tree Works Permit.

Roads, Footpaths and Drainage
If you believe your request is hazardous and dangerous please contact 8290 1333.

Request repairs for cover and pit lids. A missing or damaged pit lid is treated as an urgent matter by Council, so please call 8290 1333 to report this issue.
