Presented by The Resilience Project, this highly engaging workshop, including working lunch, will focus on The Resilience Project strategies of gratitude, empathy and mindfulness that contribute to wellbeing and resilience.

The Resilience Project explores evidence-based approaches to building resilience in order to develop and sustain positive mental health.

Reflect on your current self-care practices and walk away with an individual wellbeing plan that complements your everyday life.
