Discover breathwork and meditation


Immerse yourself in a workshop which explores different styles of meditation and breathwork which can be implemented into your day. Everyone will learn to use these techniques to help reduce anxiety, improve mental clarity, calm and find focus.

The session includes:

  • The benefits of breathwork and meditation
  • An introduction to a range of breathwork and meditation exercises
  • An explanation and demonstration of physical and mental meditation exercises

Presented by Sheena Chundee, Director of Rebel Stepz Arts and former ballerina with The Royal Ballet UK.

Sheena's experience as a performer has seen her work alongside counsellors and psychologists, to develop unique and creative ways of practicing self care which helped her to reach her goals as a ballerina and choreographer.

Bookings are required.

This event will be presented online via Zoom. To join you will need an internet-enabled computer, tablet or smartphone. The Zoom meeting ID will be sent to the email address you registered with one hour before the start of the session.

How to use Zoom

On your computer

1. Click on the link in the event confirmation email you received after registering and you will be prompted to download and install Zoom.
2. Enter Meeting ID or link, and the Password in your event confirmation email.

On your tablet or smartphone
1. Download the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app from your Apple App Store or Google Play Store prior to the workshop.
2. Enter Meeting ID or link, and the Password in the event confirmation email sent to you after registering.
