Small group training

Small Group Training is a 30-minute session run by a gym instructor. Sessions have a maximum of six participants and are exclusive to Active Fitness and Active Complete members.

Small Group Training is perfect for:

  • diversifying your workout
  • exercising in a social, friendly and motivational group
  • improving fitness and exercise technique with expert guidance, and
  • getting maximum results for your time.

Session styles include Cardio, Circuit, Foam rolling, HIIT and more.
