Fitness

Gym, group fitness classes, training and more – however you like to keep fit, we've got you covered.

Our team of passionate, highly qualified instructors offer personal and small group training in our fully equipped gym, and a variety of group exercise classes, tailored for every fitness level.

We aim to share our love of fitness by creating a fun, respectful and supportive environment. Come and work out with us!

Health Club

Harold Holt Swim Centre has a fully equipped gym with qualified instructors that can work with you to achieve your goals.

Group fitness timetable

Our group fitness timetable offers onsite classes at Harold Holt Swim Centre and virtually via Zoom!

Class descriptions

However you like to move, we've got a class for you. Choose from HIIT, pilates, circuit, strength, yoga, aquatic fitness and many more.

Small group training

Refresh your workout with a 30-minute gym session run by an instructor. Sessions have a maximum of six participants and are exclusive to Active Fitness and Active Complete members.

Personal training

Kickstart your fitness with tailored, motivational and goal-oriented workouts with a pro. We offer one-on-one or group personal training sessions for up to four people.

Active at home

Your favourite instructors bring their classes to you virtually for this special home workout series.
