Prahran Aquatic Centre

Pool closed until Spring 2023

The Prahran Aquatic Centre will be closed until Spring 2023 for much-needed improvement works.

These works include:

• emptying and repairing the 50-meter and toddler pools
• upgrading the pool surrounds
• making minor repairs to the grandstand seating.
• upgrading the tiles
• upgrading the change room fittings
• improving the spa and sauna areas.

Memberships during the closure

All Prahran Memberships and visit passes will have access to Harold Holt Swim Centre for the duration of the works.

Visit passes for Prahran will be automatically extended for the duration of the closure.

If you do not want to use your membership during this period, you can suspend your membership.

Changes to Harold Holt Swim Centre

During the closure, Harold Holt Swim Centre is expected to be busier. To handle this increase in demand, there will be some changes to the aquatic services provided at Harold Holt Swim Centre:

• the dive pool will be available for recreational swimming during peak times
• there will be no double lane in the outdoor 50m pool during peak booking times
• efforts will be made to maintain four public lanes in the outdoor 50m pool. However, this may not always be possible.

We encourage you to check our lap lane availability before you visit.
